Dr. Justin B. Franks

Dr. Justin B. Franks

Dr. Justin Franks has been caring for patients in Saline County since 2006 and founded EyeCare Center of Saline County in 2011.   He is a licensed Optometric Physician and received his doctorate degree from the Southern College of Optometry in 2003 and completed externships at Little Rock Airforce Base Hospital and in private practice, as well.  

Dr. Franks is the only Optometric Physician on the Arkansas State Board of Health.  He is a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, Contact Lens and Cornea Section, College of Optometrists in Vision Development, Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, and has been an Examiner for the National Board of Optometry many years. 

He focuses on primary eyecare and enjoys seeing both adults and children.  Dr. Franks loves the long term relationships he builds with all of his patients and strives to build a family atmosphere…he aspires to treat each patient and staff like family. Dr. Franks and staff have solidified EyeCare Center of Saline County as well a respected clinic statewide, in particular for pediatric eye care.

Dr. Anna Fagan

Dr. Anna Fagin

Dr. Anna Fagan is a 2019 graduate of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She is a licensed Optometric Physician.  Prior to earning her doctorate, she earned her Bachelor's in Pre-Professional Studies in Biological Sciences from Arkansas State University.  She grew up right here in Saline County and graduated from Harmony Grove High School. 

 

Her diverse clinical experience has led her to develop a passion for ocular disease and pediatric care…she loves seeing both adults and children and enjoys connecting with all of her patients.  She recently was awarded Metro Healthcare Optical Professional of the Year. 

 

Dr. Fagan has established herself as an InfantSEE provider, member of the Arkansas Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association.

Dr. Fagan is experienced in the treatment of vision disorders through eye glasses, contact lens fitting, as well as the detection and treatment of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts,  macular degeneration, etc. .   Her hobbies include quilting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.   

Dr. David Glenn

Dr. David Glenn

Dr. David Glenn is a licensed Optometric Physician.  He has been caring for patients in Saline County since 2011.  He received his degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, and is a member of the Arkansas and American Optometric Associations.  His graduate training focused on the full spectrum of family eye care and he currently serves patients of all ages. Dr. Glenn values his patients and their families, and enjoying seeing them come back year after year.

 

Dr. Glenn is experienced in the treatment of vision disorders through eye glasses, contact lens fitting, as well as the detection and treatment of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.  He utilizes advanced technology to detect eye problems due to systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.

 

Dr. Glenn grew up in Bryant, AR.  He met his wife, Rachel, while attending the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.  They are blessed with three children:  Jude, Charlotte, and Asher.  The family enjoys camping, mountain biking, and sharing the natural beauty of Arkansas with their children.
